Aloha! My name is Vanessa Auana Parengit, but I prefer to be called Nessy. Real Estate has been a passion since childhood. I purchased my first condo at the age of 18, from there I bought a Townhouse and flipped it. Since then, I have owned, flipped and managed several of my own properties. This ultimately led to me obtaining my Real Estate license in 2019.

Prior to diving headfirst into Real Estate full-time, I had a successful career for 25+ years working as a Senior Human Resources Manager in the retail & hospitality industry; It was an amazing experience! I enjoyed working special events one could only imagine going to! I traveled cross country and worked with amazing people of all walks of life. I can honestly say… I have always believed in building lasting relationships and creating the BEST experience possible! 

So, who am I? I’m a wife, mother, sister, daughter, granddaughter, aunty, cancer survivor and friend. I am married to my childhood best friend MacGyver (Mac for short) for the past 10 years, 

OHANA means everything to me! Together my husband and I have 6 children: Jayden, Koda, Alex, Dylan, Maiya Rose and Devin. We also have 2 adorable grandbabies: Kairi and Soren. 

When we are not working, we enjoy cooking or baking and BBQing/Smoking meats, hanging out with our neighbors enjoying a bonfire, reading a book, playing the ukulele OR you can find me enjoying time with my Halau sisters, dancing Hula, Ori Tahiti or learning Māori songs and dances.
